What is Adaptive Sync?

Adaptive Sync enables the display's refresh rate to match the GPU's outputting frames. Frames are displayed as soon as possible to prevent input lag and avoid game stuttering, and screen tearing. This will prevent unnecessary stress on your PC or monitor while keeping latency as low as possible.

Two adaptive sync technology that is common is AMD's FreeSync and NVIDIA's G-sync.
