Cloud Orbit S has no chat audio with surround sound enabled

Change the audio mode from 7.1 surround sound to stereo on the headset to see if there is sound output. There is a limitation with some audio services and not all modes are supported. Check that the chat provider is compatible with the configuration and the proper output device is selected.
