Cloud Orbit S headset USB battery charging

There are several reasons the Orbit S headset battery might not be charging while connected with the USB cable:
The USB port the headset is plugged into may not be supplying enough power. This may happen if you are using a USB hub or laptop USB port
Some USB ports do not supply power when in a power saving state, such as sleep mode
The USB charge setting was turned off on the headset - The battery will not charge while connected via USB unless it is powered off
