HyperX Standalone Keycap Kits Compatibility
Updated
The HyperX Standalone keycap kits should work on third party keyboards if the keyboard’s stem uses the standard Cherry MX stem design. The keyboard will also generally need to have a standard bottom row. Generally speaking, we can’t guarantee full compatibility with all non-HyperX keyboards due to varying keycap size and keys spacing. The keycap kits will work with *most* of our keyboards, but there may be some exceptions. For instance, our Alloy Origins 65 will not work with our standalone keycap kit sets. Contact our technical care team before buying if you unsure regarding compatibility.
