OMEN Light Studio isn't working well with Ngenuity
Updated
Earlier software versions will not interact correctly with each other. In addition, make sure the device you are trying to control has up-to-date firmware installed via NGENUITY.
Be sure to install these minimum required versions:
OMEN Light Studio: v1.0.11.0
NGENUITY: v5.12.0.0
