Performing a factory reset on the headset will reset the headset to default settings, remove pairing info with paired Bluetooth devices, and remove pairing info with OMEN Instant Pair.
Press and hold the Power button and Multi-function button for 10 seconds to initiate factory reset. The power status LED will start blinking red / white and the headset will power cycle once the reset is complete.
