Yes. The USB port on the back of this keyboard is a fully functional USB 2.0 port. It can be used for charging as well as data transfer or a mouse. One of the connectors on the keyboard cable (black) is for the USB port on the keyboard and the other (white) is for the keyboard itself.

Press and hold the three top left buttons (brightness, profile, game mode) until the light at the top of the keyboard flashes. This will reset the on-board lighting profiles back to default.
