Cloud II Wireless DTS issues toggling DTS:X Spatial Sound or EQ on/off

• Verify that the DTS APO service "DtsHpXV2Apo4Service" is running.

Can be checked in Windows "Services" App. If DTS APO service is not running, try installing Visual C++ runtime redistributable x86 and x64 packages

• Check if there are conflicts with any non-HyperX peripherals software or other audio APO software installed. Ex: Equalizer APO, Peace EQ.
