Unfortunately, HyperX Cloud Chat cannot be disassembled once it is assembled. Attempting to remove the headband after it has been attached can result in permanent damage to the headset.

By design, Xbox One detects when a chat headset is connected and in turn will only output chat audio. Unfortunately, there is no workaround at this time.

Cloud Chat Assembly

HyperX Cloud/ CloudX Chat is a semi-open design, allowing the sound from your TV speakers and/or sound system to be heard while wearing the headset. Therefore, as you use the Cloud Chat for your chat audio, you are free to use the TV speakers to output game play audio.
