Usage (with Control Box) Connect your headset to the control box that has both a headset jack and a microphone jack on it. Right-click on the sound icon in the system tray and select sound settings. Set the output device to Headphones (HyperX CloudX Stinger 3 Wireless). Set the input device to Microphone (HyperX CloudX Stinger 3 Wireless).

Cloud Core Usage with Mobile Device (Phone or Tablet) To use the HyperX Cloud Core headset with a mobile device, plug the 3.5mm jack directly into the headset jack on your phone or tablet. ​

1. Plug in the wireless dongle and launch NGENUITY 2. Click on the Headset tab 3. Click “Install” on the “Audio Drivers Required” prompt 4. Wait until the drivers are finished installing 5. Click “OK, Will Do” on the “Drivers Installed” prompt 6. Restart your PC

Cloud Core Usage (Xbox One) To use the HyperX Cloud Core headset with Xbox One, you will need the Xbox One adapter (sold separately) that plugs into the Xbox One controller (pictured below). Connect the 3.5mm jack on the headset directly to the Xbox One adapter.
