The Pulsefire Haste 2 Pro has one onboard memory profile for storing a configuration from NGENUITY. Saved settings will remain in memory until either: Being overwritten within NGENUITY -> [Save to Mouse]. A factory reset is performed. On-board mouse settings will carry over onto any system the mouse

The Pulsefire Haste 2 Pro is supported with Windows Dynamic Lighting (WDL). Windows Dynamic Lighting (WDL) in Windows 11 allows lighting control outside of NGENUITY. Please refer to WDL documentation for supported effects.

To place Pulsefire Haste 2 Pro Wireless into Bluetoogh Pairing Mode. Move mouse power switch to bluetooth icon. Hold the left mouse button, right mouse button, and DPI button simutaneously until the mouse flashes blue. The scroll wheel will flash blue, indicating it is in Pairing Mode. ​ Pairing Mod

If you are using the Pulsefire Haste 2 Pro on a Windows 11 system, and your lighting controls are not responding, Windows Dynamic Lighting (WDL) may be enabled. This will override any NGENUITY lighting controls and behavior, as long as the mouse is connected to the PC. Please check if WDL is enabled

Can the Grip Tape be removed and stuck back on? The grip tape is designed to be a one-time installation. Once you've applied it, it may not properly stick the second time. Take your time!
